Q: Does my hair need to be shampooed upon arrival?

A:No you hair does not need to be shampooed. We shampoo each and every guest prior to doing any styled service.

Q:Can I schedule a hair service and consultation the same day?

A:No you may not schedule both the same day. The consultation is an interview process to ensure that we are a fit for each other based on information discussed during the consultation process.

Q:May I bring my own products?

A:No you may not bring your own products unless prescribed by a doctor for a scalp disorder or issue.
